Son Goku, also known as Kakarot, is the main protagonist of the popular Dragon Ball Z anime and manga series.
He is a Saiyan warrior, originally sent to Earth as an infant with the mission to conquer the planet. However, an accident caused him to lose his memory and he was raised by Grandpa Gohan, who taught him martial arts.
Goku's first appearance was in the Dragon Ball TV series in 1986. He is renowned for his incredible strength, his constant pursuit of self-improvement through training, and his unwavering desire to protect his friends and family.
